- EHYC is a Sustaining Member of the Recreational Boating Association of Washington (RBAW), an organization that focuses on pleasure boaters’ interests and associated legislation. As a member of EHYC, you are eligible for all RBAW discounts on things such as BoatUS Towing Insurance, which saves almost the cost of the RBAW membership. Unless an EHYC member has decided to not share their email address with RBAW, monthly newsletters and other alerts should be sent to their email directly.
